Making a Complaint

Wipers Youth welcomes and encourages feedback from parents and carers on the education/supervision of your child. In the event of any concerns, we want parents to come and talk to us so that we can discuss these, investigate and put things right quickly.

If you are not satisfied with the way we have dealt with your concerns, we also have a complaints procedure which allows you to put your issues to an independent panel who will review what has happened to date, investigate further and set out actions to try to bring about a satisfactory conclusion. You may have a copy of our full policy on request.

Our aim is always to improve the service we offer to young people – your children, our clients.

Please send any complaints to admin@wipers.org.uk.
