About Wipers Youth C.I.C
Wipers Youth C.I.C is a social enterprise which provides youth provision for young people, with specialism in working with disenfranchised and marginalised young people. Our range of services includes Specialist Mentoring, Workshops & Programmes, Employability, Youth Voice & Policy.
Our staff team include highly experienced youth work practitioners with experience working in a range of voluntary, community and statutory organisations. We are experienced in supporting children, young people and young adults with specific needs, including ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and low levels of literacy & numeracy.

Our Mission
We are committed to empowering young people by supporting them to discover their own special contributions and realise their full potential.
Our Mission Goals Are:
1. To Engage With Young People:
We are committed to finding ways to develop working relationships with young people, interacting with them in whatever place or stage they are at in their personal life journey.
2. To Empower Young People:
We are driven by a desire to help young people recognise and develop their strengths, talents and positive attributes.
Our Values
Our beliefs and values underpin how we plan to fulfil our mission:
Fairness
We commit to fairness, diligence, and equality, using a 'Child First' approach. We embrace diversity and challenge discrimination.
Discovery
We believe every individual has something to offer. We empower young people to discover their unique contributions and reach their full potential.
Integrity
We build self-worth and capability by empowering young people to break negative patterns of behaviour, through genuine compassion and connection.

Our Theory Of Change
Our theory of change outlines how we deliver impact across four key service areas: Specialist Mentoring, Workshops & Programmes, Employability, and Youth Voice & Policy. Each element contributes to the development of essential life and work skills, self-esteem, and empowerment, culminating in improved life outcomes and increased opportunities for young people.
