Diligent, solution-focused and creative professional, Amanda has over 19 years’ experience in frontline, developmental and leadership roles in the criminal justice and youth sectors, working in youth offending teams and integrated youth support services across London.
She has worked for local authorities, in the private sector and independently. A strong communicator and coordinator within multi-agency settings, Amanda has transferable skills and achievements in group work, delivering offending and conflict resolution programmes, prevention interventions and facilitating groups with both young people and adults.
Amanda has worked with HMIP Inspectorate and has project managed a team in preparation for a thematic inspection. She has strengths in organisation development and training, quality assurance, policy and procedure review and has undertaken an international assignment at the Department of Justice Canada. Amanda is passionate about supporting the development and motivation of others.
