Suzana has a background in business administration, finance and customer service, before making the inspired change to pursue a career as a specialist youth worker.
“I enjoy working with young people as I remember being a teenager and not having anyone to guide me or talk to about important issues. It’s extremely rewarding to be able to support young people as they develop and achieve their goals and dreams.”
Suzana’s approach is characterised by her unending desire and commitment to go above and beyond for young people. She is is a strong advocate for young people’s rights, especially those with SEN and challenges within mainstream education provisions.
