Amanda has criminal justice, youth and homelessness sector experience, spanning over two decades, in frontline, developmental and consultative roles across London and internationally.

A strong communicator and coordinator within multi-agency settings, she has extensive community, court-room and prison engagement experience. Amanda also works with adults who are homeless and has a keen interest in mental health.

Solution-focused, Amanda has strengths in training, organisation development, policy and procedure review, staff supervision, support and recruitment. She has worked with HMIP Inspectorate as an Area Assessor, project-managed departments to be inspection-ready and coordinated inspection arrangements for local authorities. Through research, chairing multi-agency events and panels and providing quality assurance services, she supports organisations to reflect on and elevate their services and their staff. A key achievement was an invitation by the Department of Justice Canada, to attend a conference tour. She provided a comparison of UK and Canadian gang interventions and facilitated international networking.  Amanda is fiercely passionate about integrity, responsibility and best outcomes for clients, staff and services.
